Terms of Service

The agreement between you and SwiftLeads for using SwiftLeads. Written in plain language on purpose — an agreement nobody can read is not an agreement.

Last updated: 22 August 2026

1. This agreement

By creating an account you accept these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to bind it. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract.

SwiftLeads is registered in Romania. These terms are governed by Romanian law, and the courts of Romania have jurisdiction — except that consumers keep any rights they have under the law of the country they live in.

2. What SwiftLeads does

SwiftLeads finds businesses that may need what you sell, explains why it picked each one, and helps you write to them from your own email address. It keeps track of who replied and reminds you about the ones who did not.

Nothing is ever sent without you pressing send. The app drafts; you read, edit and decide. That is a product decision, not a limitation, and we do not intend to change it.

We do not promise results. Lead quality depends on what you sell, where, and what the public data about those businesses actually says. We promise the tool works as described, not that anybody replies to you.

3. How you may use it

You are the sender. The emails go from your address, they say what you wrote, and you are responsible for them being lawful where you and the recipient are.

You agree not to use SwiftLeads to:

  • Send unsolicited bulk email — anything that would reasonably be called spam.
  • Contact anyone who has unsubscribed, or attempt to work around the do-not-contact list.
  • Misrepresent who you are, who you work for, or why you are writing.
  • Send anything unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or intended to defraud.
  • Scrape, resell or redistribute the data the product produces as a dataset of its own.
  • Share an account between people, or resell access without a written agreement.
Why this is enforced strictly. SwiftLeads sends through your own Google account, using our application registration with Google. If one customer uses it for spam, Google can suspend that registration — and every other customer is disconnected the same morning. So we will suspend an account immediately, without notice and without refund, if we believe it is being used this way. It is the one rule where the harm falls on people who did nothing wrong.

Sending limits exist for the same reason and protect you as well: cold email sent at volume from a personal Gmail is the fastest way to lose that account. You may raise the limit in Settings; doing so is at your own risk.

4. Your data and your leads

Everything in your account belongs to you. We claim no ownership of your lead lists, messages or notes, and you can export all of it to a spreadsheet at any time — including after you cancel.

We hold it on your behalf. What we do with it, and who else touches it, is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact the businesses you contact. In the EU, business-to-business outreach with a genuine connection to the recipient's work is generally defensible under legitimate interest — but that judgement is yours to make, and it is yours to defend.

5. Plans and payment

SwiftLeads is a subscription. Each plan includes an allowance of searches per billing period, which resets on renewal and does not carry over. A search is deducted when it runs.

A search that fails and returns nothing is not counted — the app refunds it automatically. If you believe you were charged for something that did not work, write to us and we will look at the logs.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown before you pay; if we change them, existing subscribers get at least 30 days' notice by email before it applies to them.

Cancelling takes two clicks from Settings. No email required, no phone call, nobody asking why. It stops the next renewal and you keep access until the period you have paid for ends. That is a promise, not a policy.

Refunds. If SwiftLeads does not work as described and we cannot fix it, write within 14 days of the charge and we will refund that period in full. Beyond that we do not refund unused time, because the allowance was reserved for you. EU consumers keep their statutory withdrawal rights, which these terms do not limit.

6. Connecting Google

Connecting a Google account is optional and only needed to send email or detect meetings. Your use of Google is also governed by Google's own terms.

You can disconnect at any time from your Google account permissions. Doing so stops sending immediately and does not affect the rest of the product.

7. Availability

We aim to keep SwiftLeads running and will give notice of planned maintenance where we can. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service: parts of it depend on Google, Stripe and other providers, and those occasionally fail in ways nobody can prevent.

Features change. We may add, alter or remove them. If we remove something you rely on, we will tell you before it happens.

8. Liability

SwiftLeads is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost data, or anything indirect or consequential.

Where we are liable, that liability is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Ending it

You can close your account whenever you like, from Settings. It deletes everything immediately and cannot be undone — export first if you want to keep anything.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks section 3, that does not pay, or that we are legally required to close. Except for abuse, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

10. Changes to these terms

We will email you before any material change takes effect, and the date at the top of this page reflects the last real one. If you do not accept a change, cancel before it applies — continuing to use SwiftLeads means you accept it.
